Our story

Efinity Dental Wellness and Esthetic Center was founded on Dr. Challenger’s belief that dentistry extends far beyond teeth. Early in his career, Dr. Challenger developed a strong appreciation for general dentistry and its ability to restore comfort, function, and confidence. Over more than a decade of clinical practice—restoring complex cases and performing surgical wisdom tooth extractions—he gained a deep understanding of how oral structures, jaw function, and surgical precision directly influence long-term health.

As his experience grew, so did his focus on the interconnected relationship between the muscles of the face, head, and neck and their role in oral function, facial balance, and esthetic harmony. Dr. Challenger recognized that smile esthetics cannot be fully achieved without understanding neuromuscular function, airway dynamics, and joint stability, nor can facial rejuvenation be effective without respecting underlying muscular support.

This perspective led to the integration of oral wellness diagnostics, myofunctional principles, TMJ evaluation, and facial muscle recontouring into the core of the practice. By addressing muscle patterns, bite dynamics, and skin health together, Efinity is able to deliver outcomes that are not only visually refined, but functionally sound and sustainable over time.

Equally important to Dr. Challenger is patient comfort and access to care. Understanding the impact of dental anxiety, he intentionally incorporated sedation options into the practice to ensure patients can undergo complex surgical and restorative treatment with confidence and dignity.
